{"id":20,"date":"2023-07-17T13:43:31","date_gmt":"2023-07-17T12:43:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kinsta.cavehill.uwi.edu\/cermes\/programmes\/"},"modified":"2025-09-05T17:16:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T21:16:58","slug":"programmes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/kinsta.cavehill.uwi.edu\/cermes\/programmes\/","title":{"rendered":"Programmes"},"content":{"rendered":"<section>\n<div class=\"container-fluid page-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div id=\"main-content\" class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"lc-block\">\n<div editable=\"rich\">\n<h1 class=\"page-header\">Programmes<\/h1>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tCERMES seeks to provide graduate students with advanced training in techniques, mechanisms and policies for sustainable use and management of natural resources with emphasis on the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tThe MSc in Natural Resource and Environmental Management Programme is our main offering and is delivered in a maximum of 14 months. This includes approximately a ten-month period for course delivery and examination, and a four month period for the research project. In Semester I four courses are delivered concurrently in a semester long format interspersed with two-week modules.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\tIn Semester II, courses are delivered as two-to-three-week modules. Where applicable, a written examination will follow the completion of the courses in both semesters.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<span><strong class=\"text-danger\">For the acedemic year 2024-2025, Semester I courses will be delivered virtually<\/strong><\/span>.
